Warbreaker

"Whatcha doing Steve?" Bryan asked as he leaned over his teammates shoulder.

Steve's shoulders tensed slightly at the interruption, "I'm trying to relax," he said as he placed one finger between the pages of the rather thick book in his hands.

"Oh. What are you reading?" Bryan asked as he leaned forward to get a look at the title of the book.

"Warbreaker," Steve said in a clipped tone of voice. He flipped the book back open again to where he had left off.

"What's it about?"

Steve sighed in resignation and closed the book again. "It's about a man named Vash, a bunch of 'Gods', a sentient sword and a God king."

Bryan quirked an eyebrow. "So it's fantasy?" he asked.

"Yes."

"You enjoy that type of stuff?"

"Obviously, or I wouldn't be reading it."

Bryan shrugged and walked away.

Steve shook his head and opened the book again; quickly loosing himself in the story.

Poor Steve, getting pestered by his teammate. You had some punctuation mix-up on your dialogue tags and also a missing apostrophe.

You did a pretty good job of conveying Steve's emotion, but occasionally it seemed like there was some adjective overload. Show not tell, remember? E.g.:

"Warbreaker," Steven said, and thought, go away.

The "Obviously, or I wouldn't be reading it" screamed irritation without a single adjective. Well done.

Also, I think you meant "losing," not "loosing".
