In a Hurry

David could feel the rumble of the car through his fingers, feel it in his soul. He knew every cough and hiccup that his car made, knew when it was time to make adjustments. He could tell the cars speed by the sound and the vibrations as he flew down the highway. You were more likely to find him with grease under his fingernails than the perfectly clean soldier you would expect to see.

David's probing fingers searched until he found what he wanted. He could hot wire a car in his sleep.

(Lame I know, but...)

(I loved the new Spencer piece by the way. And I do love me some Tobias!)

There's something really interesting about a guy who's hobby is entirely criminal. Keep an eye on the second person POV - that's always a risk.

I'm glad you liked the story...can you not post comments on the Little Shop of Horrors itself?

Yes I can. I back posted one for yesterday.

I didn't mean for you to scamper over to the Shop and post a comment - I just didn't know if comments hadn't been enabled or something so I could change settings if I needed to. But I'm glad you liked it!
